I’ve been drawing animal people since I was very young, and I love telling stories with my art. I also collected candy for the colourful packaging, and stickers, and I always wanted to design my own cereal box.
I’ve been a full-time freelance artist since 2001. Known as the “Badge Queen”, I’ve drawn hundreds of badges over the years. Actually, maybe more. It’s a lot. I’ve been a Guest of Honour at several conventions, and traveling to cons is one of the best parts of my job.
My favourite medium is art markers, but I also really love to use Procreate on my iPad. I’m competent in Photoshop and Illustrator.
I live in Calgary, Alberta with my fiancée, my younger kiddo, and two rabbit-shaped imps. (Yes, I own a cowboy hat.) I love playing D&D, traveling, reading (obsessively, especially middle-grade fiction), and watching Bluey.
